hello there my name is toni daou . 7 days ago when I opened my account on facebook in order to play poker, i suddenly got this message “Your poker account has been temporarily disabled due to abuse reports. If these reports were in error, please contact poker_customerservice@zynga.com to request reactivation. ” i did sent several letters and emails and in return i didn’t get any response and nothing has changed as i still cannot be able to join the mentioned game and play.I played poker on facebook 2 years ago and i dreamt to get the billion … Here i am when i got my billion you suddenly took it from me in few seconds!
i may did something wrong such as saying some bad words after all we are humans and I recall this behavior as a kind of Punishment for a player who played decently everyday for 6 to 7 hours. I kindly request from you an answer for this email and i hope you bring me back my billion asap. Thank you for your cooperation and I really appreciate your feedback on this.

ok, here’s a thought: each night when you reboot the server for maintence i happen to usually be in sit and go tourney. this really gets frustrating knowing we will lose connection and therefore our buy-in money. why don’t you return the buy-in money for those thousands of us each time this happen?? just a thought?

I used to play this game on windows. I played this a few times on mac. And I found a problem playing this game on mac. After a few times, the loading page suddenly get 100% directly but I can’t press the “Go”.Untill today I can’t press “Go” when I play on mac.Anyone can help me?

hi there, 2 twice i got dealt with one card visible to me and sometimes i cant chat…hmmmmm ..i hav nortons 360 so i believe the problem is with you all…and currently i am banned for typing to much in the chat ,,,sorry was fustrated…cause i believe there are hackers in the gaming..one man winning to much times in a row….man got dealt two queens 3* in a row..but i appreciate ur services still…

Please can you connect me back into to zynga poker . I miss all my friends on there. The problem seems to be unable to actually get on a table. It says I am sucessfully connected to a casino , but unfortunately I`m not put onto a table, and the red “Z” enblem just goes nround and round . Thanking you in anticipation .
