Puzzle & Dragons, Clash of Clan Creators Collaborate on Game Characters

Puzzle & Dragons developer GungHo Online Entertainment has announced a unique new cross-promotion with Clash of Clans creator Supercell. The two massively popular mobile games have come together to offer Puzzle & Dragons fans new monsters to defeat and capture for a limited time.

From now until July 7, Puzzle & Dragons players can complete all-new dungeons containing Clash of Clans themed monsters, including the Barbarian, Goblin, Healer, Archer, and Dragon. Each of these characters comes with different special attacks, evolutionary forms and more. They also come matched with an elemental form, allowing them to be taken right into a normal Puzzle & Dragons team and used as players would expect.

Four different dungeons are available, depending on a player’s level and strength. Monsters drop at random, and dungeons can be completed multiple times to earn additional monsters, XP, coins, and more.

“It is an honor to announce the collaboration of Puzzle & Dragons and the Supercell games, Hay Day and Clash of Clans,” said Kazuki Morishita, President/CEO and Executive Producer of GungHo Online Entertainment. “Supercell and GungHo share the same approach to game development so it seemed only natural to collaborate together. We will continuously support each other and our shared vision of delivering fun and exciting gameplay to everyone.”

Both Puzzle & Dragons and Clash of Clans are available to download for free on iOS. Puzzle & Dragons is also available for free on Android.
