Social games news roundup: Sasquatch on iOS, Kingdom Conquest II and Bips on Facebook

Sasquatch comes to iOS [Launch] — Developer Robots and Pencils (developer of Catch The Princess and Spy vs Spy) this week launched their latest iOS title, Sasquatch. The game is a location-hunting photo game where players take photos of their locations and challenge friends (or other players) to guess their locations. The game is available for download on iTunes.

Sega opens registration for Kingdom Conquest II — This week, Sega announced it was now possible to pre-register for Kingdom Conquest II, the sequel to its popular iOS game Kingdom Conquest. Details about this new game are still scarce, but Sega has confirmed the game will be a universal iOS app and will also be on Google Play.

90s game Bips comes to Facebook — Forbes writer Ewan Spence noticed new game Bips launched on Facebook last week, which comes from Scottish devs Denki and Ludometrics. Spence notes Bips was originally designed by DMA Design (which eventually became Rockstar North). You can read more about how the game came to Facebook in Spence’s article.

Hothead Games launches Big Win Basketball – Game developer Hothead Games announced the launch of its latest mobile game Big Win Basketball, the latest in its lineup of Big Win sports games, available now on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.

Aeria Games launches Immortalis – Browser and mobile game developer Aeria Games announced the launch of its role-playing and card collecting mobile title Immortalis. The game is a licensed and localized from developer Pokelabo’s (recently purchased by GREE) Japanese Guardian Battles which has been a top 20 grossing game since it launched in late November.
