Foreign-language games top this week’s list of emerging Facebook games

This week’s list of emerging Facebook games was largely dominated by non-English-language titles.

The top spot this week went to the Chinese-language 《英雄遠征》繁體版 (“Traditional version of ‘Hero expedition’”) with a gain of 20,0000 monthly active users, a 200 percent increase. Addict’s Portugese-language Melhores fotos o minhas fotos (“Best photos to My Photos”) came in at No. 2, also with 20,000 MAU but for a 40 percent gain. Wudya’s Turkish-language Muhteşem Binyıl (“magnificent Millennium”) had a 567 percent gain with 17,000 MAU, allowing it to take the No. 3 spot. A clone of Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 4 took the No. 4 spot with 10,000 MAU for a 100 percent gain. Finally, OUAT Entertainment’s French-language Kompany! was at the No. 5 spot with 10,000 MAU for a 100 percent increase.

Four other games on this week’s list had traffic gains of 20,000 MAU for 100 percent increases: AppBank’s soccer sim Pes 2010, SexGames’s eponymous Sex Games, Take. Music Quizzes’s Top Loves and Playline Studios’s World Slots Challenge.
