SongPop resumes its reign on this week’s fastest-growing Facebook games by DAU

FreshPlanet’sSongPop took back the top spot on this week’s list of fastest-growing Facebook games by daily active users with a 6 percent and 200,000 DAU gain.

Social Point’s Dragon City placed at No. 2 with a 100,000 DAU gain and a 4 percent increase. Zynga’s Adventure World was up by 29 percent with 50,000 DAU. LIFO Interactive’s Olympic Games City did well during the last week of the Olympics with a 60 percent gain of 80,000 DAU.

People were in a gambling mood this week, as casino games took three spots in the top ten. Blitzoo’s SlotSpot Casino took the No. 5 position with a 19 percent gain and 190,000 DAU. Product’s Madness’s Hollywood Slots had a 12 percent gain with 190,000 DAU taking the No. 6 spot. Blue Shell Game’s Lucky slots took the No. 7 spot with a 7 percent gain of 20,000 DAU.

It has been a very slow and steady week with few games breaking 100 percent gain. Hangman had the highest gain of 200 percent with a 20,000 gain putting its DAU at 30,000. MiniMundos hit a 100 percent gain with 10,000 DAU.
