Gameloft publishing Uno for smartphones  — Gameloft is teaming up with Mattel to bring its popular card game Uno to mobile devices. The company is publishing Uno for both Android and iOS later this year, while versions for the Sony PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS are expected to launch in 2013.

GREE opening new studio in Canada — Brace yourselves, Canada: Japanese mobile game behemoth GREE is coming to town. The company is gearing up to launch a Vancouver studio and plans to have its first game from that office launched by next April.

Wooga porting popular Facebook games to mobile — Social game developer wooga is bringing two of its most popular games to new mobile platforms. The company revealed at Casual Connect that Diamond Dash (already out on iOS) is coming to Android and Monster World is going to launch on iOS.

The Hunger Games Adventures gets tons of new content in time for DVD release — Funtactix and Lionsgate are making The Hunger Games Adventures a much bigger game to play, allowing players to explore entire new districts in the world of Panem.
