King.com’s popular social bubble shooter Bubble Witch Saga is coming to iOS in July, providing fans of the game with a cross-platform version they can play while away from their computers.

Launching Bubble Witch Saga on iOS seems like a logical next step for the title, especially considering how deeply integrated Facebook is with iOS 6. The iOS version of the game will be completely synchronized with the Facebook version of the game. As a result, players who link to their Facebook account will be able to have their progress saved across both platforms and pick up wherever they left off.

King.com also says the game’s graphics are being optimized for the Retina display and will feature Game Center integration, allowing players to earn achievements and challenge friends’ scores. When the game launches in July, there will be over 150 playable levels. King.com also says there are plans for an Android version, but doesn’t have a clear timeline for it yet.

Building upon its early cross-platform efforts with Miner Speed, King.com’s been expanding its mobile presence this year, without marrying itself to any one platform. In April, the developer released Bubble Saga — the first of its popular “Saga” games — for the Kindle Fire. CMO Alex Dale also made a point of telling us that other “Saga” titles like Candy Crush Saga would receive the mobile treatment too, but didn’t specify when that would be. We were shown a prototype build of Bubble Witch Saga for the Kindle Fire back in March, but haven’t heard anything about that version since then.
