The developers cease to support and correct the code, which encourages more hackers and then players discover more glitches in the code. This continues for over a year while Zynga refuses to respond to repeated requests from players of the game. Zynga displays a complete lack of customer service standards in both communication and in service. I would be interested in what they have to say for themselves regarding the FaceBook game called Triumph!
