		<description>I believe that social activities will win every time against casual events. The more a person is engaged in something with a group, the more commitment they have. I study party activities - The deeper the social experience, the stronger the tie becomes. Give a human an opportunity to connect and they almost always respond positively.</description>

I will add #11. The social audience is going mainstream.  Facebook used to be just for college kids, but in the last 6 months, the demographics have rapidly expanded and are now starting to look more like the overall web audience.  This is going to be a really big market.</description>
