		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a copyright claim - they&#039;re being vague about it. It seems like the main claim they have is trademark infringement. Unfortunately for Hasbro the DMCA doesn&#039;t cover trademark, which means Facebook may not be obligated to take it down.</description>
